Water. If I go out to eat I´ll take a salad no matter what. (Also I save tons of money this way)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That´s suppose to reduce my daily calorie intake by at least 600 calories.... hope it works...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Being honest this is the hardest part!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como puede alguien ganar tanto peso?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Te explico como:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-En el trabajo toma POR LO MENOS 3 tazas de cafe con 3 cucharadas de azucar POR TAZA&lt;br /&gt;-Antes del almuerzo comete un sandwich (o un donut, empanada, etc)&lt;br /&gt;- En el almuerzo NO COMAS comida como de casa. En vez de eso anda DIARIAMENTE a lugares de comida rápida&lt;br /&gt;-En la noche, anda a comer a la calle, no importa que pase...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asi es como estoy variando la situación:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Ahora me sirvo el café con edulcorante&lt;br /&gt;- No como nada antes del almuerzo&lt;br /&gt;- Por suerte, existe un pequeño lugar cerca al trabajo donde puedo comer comida como de casa. Nada que engorde.&lt;br /&gt;- En la noche: Ensaladas o frutas. Agua. I also decided make it bilingual so more people can join me in this.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I´m a just a regular guy, Peruvian, 24 years old, 5ft 11 in, 209 lb. I had a lot of up and downs on weight on my life.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;As a kid I was a "skinny kid" until 7th grade in which I gain too much weight... later on, in my teenage years I was wandering between 154 and 174 lbs until I reached 21 when I got 194 lb on me... I realized I was way too fat so I lost weight and weighted 174 again... the problem was that I thought it was going to last forever so here I am, overweighted and blogging my weight off!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The photo at the beginning is in Machu Picchu, Cuzco, at my actual weight (taken on July 2007). Really hope to see some improvements in a few months...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Decidí empezar este blog a efectos de poder seguir el avance de mi perdida de peso. Asimismo decidí hacerlo en dos idiomas para que más gente se me pueda unir.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Soy un chico normal, Peruano, 24 años, 1.78mts y 96 kilos de peso. Durante mi vida he tenido varias subidas y bajadas de peso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;De niño era el típico "niñito flaco" hasta el séptimo grado en el cual engordé demasiado... más tarde, durante la adolescencia oscilé entre los 70 y 79 kilos hasta los 21 años en los que llegué a pesar 86 kilos aproximadamente... al darme cuenta lo gordo que estaba, decidí perder peso hasta alcanzar los 79 de nuevo... el problema es que pensé que lo resultados durarían así que aquí me tienen, con sobrepeso y tratando de resolverlo a través de un blog!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La foto de abajo es de Machu Picchu, Cuzco, con mi peso actual (la foto fue tomada en Julio del 2007).
